In 1985 he graduated from the Leningrad Sanitary and Hygienic Medical Institute with a degree in sanitary and hygienic affairs, having received the qualification of a doctor. In 2001, he was awarded the degree of candidate of medical sciences. In 2006, by order of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the Department of Hygiene and Medical Ecology.

In 2008, Roman Vyacheslavovich Buzinov received his second higher education at Arkhangelsk State Technical University with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2014, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.

Since 1985, the labor activity of Roman Vyacheslavovich Buzinov has been associated with the system of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service (Rospotrebnadzor). From 1998 to 2005, he headed the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision in the Arkhangelsk Region, from 2005 to 2021 he served as head of the Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Arkhangelsk Region.

Buzinov R.V. has a class rank of state adviser of the Russian Federation of the 2nd class. For professional merits, he was repeatedly encouraged by the Diplomas of the Head of the Administration of the Arkhangelsk Region, as well as by the Certificate of Honor of the Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region with the presentation of a badge.

From November 1, 2021 to January 20, 2023, Roman Vyacheslavovich Buzinov served as Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the FBUN «SZNTs of Hygiene and Public Health.» From January 21 to January 31, 2023, he acted as director of the FBUN «SZNTs of Hygiene and Public Health.»

Since February 01, 2023, by order of Rospotrebnadzor, Roman Vyacheslavovich Buzinov was appointed director of the Federal Budgetary Institution of Science «North-Western Scientific Center for Hygiene and Public Health» of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare.

He has more than 100 scientific publications, 2 monographs, high citation rates of scientific works.

For many years of experience in teaching, active participation in the preparation of students and interns, Roman Vyacheslavovich was awarded Diplomas and Letters of Thanks from the Northern State Medical University and the Lomonosov Pomeranian State University.

For services in the field of consumer rights protection and human well-being, Roman Vyacheslavovich Buzinov was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, II degree, the Order of Pirogov. It has a badge «Honorary Worker of Rospotrebnadzor.»

In 2022, for many years of work experience in organizations of the sanitary and epidemiological service of Russia, he was awarded the commemorative medal «100 YEARS OF THE STATE SANITARY AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SERVICE OF RUSSIA.»

Fridman Kirill Borisovich — Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences in the Biomedicine Section.

In 1975 he graduated from the Leningrad Sanitary and Hygienic Medical Institute with a degree in sanitary and hygienic affairs. Since 1975 he has been working in the system of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service (Rospotrebnadzor), since 1996 he has been teaching at the NWMU named after I.I. Mechnikov.

From August 8, 2016 to November 09, 2021, he acted as deputy director for scientific work of the FBUN «SZNTs of Hygiene and Public Health.»

Since November 10, 2021, he has been an adviser on interaction with bodies and institutions of Rospotrebnadzor.

In 2001 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences on the topic: «Scientific and methodological foundations for the introduction of social and hygienic monitoring at the regional level (on the example of St. Petersburg).»

In 2008, he was awarded the academic title of professor of general, military, radiation hygiene and medical ecology.

Since 2010 — Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences in the Biomedicine section.

He is the direct leader of 5 scientific projects in the field of hygiene and public health, has experience of interaction with international organizations of hygienic, environmental and medical profile, has many years of experience in pedagogical activities as the head of the Department of Communal Hygiene of the North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov, prepared 5 candidates of medical sciences and 1 doctor of medical sciences, is one of the authors of the methodology for assessing health risk and a member of working groups on the creation of a social monitoring system, organized a risk assessment institute, which develops more than 100 projects of sanitary protection zones (ports of St. Petersburg, Norilsk, Kaliningrad)), participates in the development of regulatory and legal documents of the hygienic profile.
